In accordance with the content of Article 13 of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (EU L 119 of 04/05/2016), we’d like to inform you on the following:

  2. Your personal data will be processed:
    • in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 1 letter a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council for the purpose of: marketing and promoting our products and services, communication by telephone and e-mail, transfering your data to other parties such as ustoms agencies, transport companies, courier companies etc.;
    • based on Article 6 section 1 letter f) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, if this is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (promoting our products and services, contact by telephone and email);
    • based on Article 6 section 1 letter c) of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the fulfillment of legal obligations requiring processing in accordance with European Union or Polish law to which the Administrator is subject, to the extent that processing is necessary, including Accounting Law.
    • based on Article 6 section 1 letter e) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims, if processing is necessary.
  3. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or until processing for business planning purposes is terminated if the data is processed in accordance with Article 6 Section 1 Letter c) and Article 6 Section 1 Letter f) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that is, when the obligation to process them under applicable law expires or they are no longer necessary for the establishment, assertion or defense of claims.
  4. You have the right to request access to your personal data from admins , the right to correct, delete or restrict processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to object to processing and the right to transfer data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but if you fail to provide it, you won’t be able to receive offers from us.
  6. Ensuring the security of the personal data we process is our priority. Therefore, we take all possible measures to ensure adequate protection of the personal data processed. The technical and organizational measures used to protect personal data comply with the requirements of the current GDPR provisions and are also consistent with the level of potential risk of a data breach, which we assess on a regular basis.

According to the provisions of Article 10 Section 2 of the Law of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Legislation 2017, paragraph 1219, as amended), hereinafter referred to as UŚUDE, sending marketing content, including commercial information, in electronic form requires the consent of the interested party to receive them. Such party must also consent to the use of telecommunications terminals and automatic dialing systems, which is a requirement under the provisions of the Law of 16 July 2014 – the Telecommunications Law (consolidated text: Journal of Legislation 2016, paragraph 542), hereinafter: PT . We’d like to inform you that both mentioned consents are given by indicating your email address and/phone number in contact forms. Please also note that the expression of the above consents only applies to the sending of information content to the email address and/or phone number you provide. These consents may be revoked by you at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the contact details provided below. Withdrawing any consent will prevent us from communicating with you further regarding the services we provide.
  8. The provisions of this Privacy Policy are subject to change. New privacy policies will be posted on the website along with the date on which they will become effective. To the extent not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR, UODO, UŚUDE, PT and the Law of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Legislation 2017, paragraph 459, as amended) apply.
  9. In accordance with Article 6(1)(a) a) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (EU OB L 119 of 04.05.2016) I concent to processing my personal data for the purpose of receiving marketing offers, and contact by phone or email.
